These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and baji65 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the baji65 website, mobile browser interface, gaming services, sportsbook, payment services, and any associated promotional programmes (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the baji65 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
3. You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of baji65 or any of its affiliate entities.
4. You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by baji65 for a breach of these Terms or any related policy.
5. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order that would restrict your participation in online gambling activities.
6. All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you will maintain its accuracy throughout the period your account remains open.

baji65 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure of the account.

Each individual may hold one account only on the baji65 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, baji65 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. baji65 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be attributed to you, whether or not authorised by you personally.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify baji65 support immediately via the email address listed in these Terms. baji65 will investigate and, where necessary, suspend the account pending resolution.

Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Permitting another individual to use your account — including for the purpose of bonus exploitation — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

All transactions on the baji65 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). baji65 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of individual payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed within the cashier section of the platform and may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to review current limits before initiating a transaction.

baji65 does not charge processing fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals via mobile banking channels including bKash and Nagad. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which baji65 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times for mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are under 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days. baji65 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

All funds deposited into your baji65 wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned to the originating account, less any processing costs incurred. baji65 employs transaction monitoring to detect irregular payment activity and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation where appropriate.

baji65 offers a range of promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotional offer, the specific terms of that offer shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet amounts while a bonus is active, and expiry periods are detailed in each promotion's specific terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

baji65 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players as defined in each promotion's specific terms. The systematic exploitation of bonus programmes — including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and collusion — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. baji65 uses technical controls to enforce this restriction and reserves the right to void duplicate bonus claims where any of these parameters overlap.

All games available on the baji65 platform are provided by third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Any winnings accumulated during a period of underage access will be forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baji65 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information, including false age declarations.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the same individual.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the platform's content or software, in whole or in part.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji65 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

baji65 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage resulting from your access to or use of the platform.

baji65 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. baji65 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

baji65 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All personal data held by baji65 is stored securely using SSL encryption and industry-standard data protection practices. baji65 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to provide the Services and comply with applicable legal obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, you agree to first contact baji65 support in writing to attempt informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.
